The entrance of this beautiful house gives access to an interior courtyard covered by a glass roof that protects it from the inclemency of the weather without losing the natural light that makes it warm and comfortable. Around this courtyard, spread over three floors accessible by stairs or lift, are the different rooms.
On the ground floor we find the entrance hall and a small bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor we find the living-dining room with an electric fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils to be able to make use of it. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all of them with double beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the third and last floor we find the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom with shower. All the rooms are very luminous and open to the exterior. In addition, all the bedrooms have views of the Cathedral.
From the third floor we also have access to the terrace of the house with beautiful views of Seville, the Cathedral and of course, the Giralda. The terrace has a table for 8 people, a shower and hammocks to enjoy the good weather that the city has to offer. If the weather is rainy or cold, you can also enjoy the views from the covered veranda on the terrace.
